At Pashminas R Us, we only accept returns or exchanges in the case of errors or faults on our part. This includes situations where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to a mistake on our end.

Please Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size selection. All sales are final unless there is an issue with the product that falls under our fault.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Fault of Company: The item must have been received in a defective condition, or we must have made an error in processing your order (e.g., incorrect item sent).
  • Time Frame: You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item if you believe there is an issue that warrants a return or exchange.
  • Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and details of the issue.
  2. Provide Evidence: Include photos of the defective or incorrect item and its packaging, if applicable.
  3. Instructions: We will provide instructions on how to return the item. Return shipping costs will be covered by us if the return is due to a fault of the company.
  4. Return Shipping: Ship the item back to us using the provided shipping label or method. Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Processing Returns and Exchanges

  • Review: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to verify the issue.
  • Resolution: If the return is approved, we will process the exchange or issue a replacement product at no additional cost. If the item cannot be replaced, we will discuss alternatives or a resolution.
  • Time Frame: Please allow up to 14 business days for us to process the return or exchange once we receive the returned item.

Non-Eligible Returns

Items that do not meet our return criteria (such as those that were not defective or incorrect) will not be eligible for a return or exchange. If an item is returned that does not meet our policy, it will be shipped back to you at your expense.
